The Medical Department bears the responsibility of maintaining the health and well-being of both Foundation personnel and test subjects. Given the peculiar nature of the Foundation's work, practitioners often encounter challenges in treating unusual injuries, infections, and disorders. To address these unique challenges, doctors within the Medical Department specialize in specific areas of treatment, such as memetic effects, mental trauma, and other related fields. As the Foundation's foremost medical experts, they are highly respected within the organization.

The Combat Medics are a company-sized unit tasked with providing immediate life-saving medical assistance, fire support, and ordnance to combatant personnel. They're the Medical Department's most hardened practitioners of medicine, accepting the risk of giving their valuable lives in the line of duty.

Biochemistry is a joint subdivision made by MD and ScD which focuses on chemical scps. Biochemistry members are allowed to test on a wide variety of scps with a proper reasoning. Biochemistry members are also authorized to conduct checkups on foundation personnel as well, this subdivision is a great division to join if you don’t know which department to join as you’ll get perks to both departments.
